After you have booked an inspection with us, you will receive an Inspection Contract to review. This contract has to be signed before an inspection can begin.

You can plan on the inspection taking three to five hours. During this time the inspector will be available on site for specific questions.

After the inspection has been completed, the home inspector will go over a summary of what he saw.
